We offer a hassle-free exchange policy to make sure your item fit you perfectly. Here are the details:
- Due to the small size of this brand we can´f offer free exchanges but we will make sure it´s done by the lowest cost possible.
- Orders with sale items (FINAL SALE) or a discount of 25% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges.
- You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
To proceed with an exchange:
- Send an email to Johan@percalespace.com and clearly indicate "exchange" in the subject line.
- Include your order number and specify the style and size you would like to change to.
We will respond to your request within 24 business hours.
RETURNS
If you need to return an item, please note these guidelines:
- Due to the small size of this brand we can´f offer free returns but we will make sure it´s done by the lowest cost possible.
- Contact us within 15 days of the delivery date stated on your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. It should also be in the original packaging.
- Orders with sale items (FINAL SALE) or a discount of 25% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
